Hi, I'm KT!

I'm currently embarking on my own new chapter, and that's exactly how New Chapter Estates was born. After working under the guidance of a good friend who runs her own estate sale company in Atlanta for two years, I've decided to spread my wings and start my own (with her blessings) in Tennessee.

I very recently packed up my entire life to move to Nashville and build something real: my own business, the life I truly want, and a future that brings me hope. For the first time, I'm betting everything on myself, living as authentically as I know how, and chasing the dreams I've carried for years – helping others as best I can while also pursuing music. It's terrifying. It also feels more right than anything else ever has.

My road here wasn't simple. I lost my mother. I survived a violent marriage and found the courage to leave it. Now, on the other side of all of that, I've decided that the next chapter of my life is going to be one that I fully choose. Each new day and opportunity is a reminder that life truly does have so much to offer, and that there is always more to look forward to. I feel incredibly blessed, and I'm forever grateful for all of the wonderful people in my life who've supported me throughout all of it.

I know what it feels like to stand at the beginning of something new and not know if you have what it takes. I know what it costs to let go of one life and reach for another. I know how scary and hard uncertainty and change can be. I also know that in the realm of uncertainty, everything is possible. We owe it to ourselves to explore that fully.

I started New Chapter Estates because everyone deserves someone in their corner who truly cares and understands. Change is hard, but a little kindness, humanity, and community can make all the difference in the world.
